" He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy."
 Micah 6:8 (NIV)

Are you ready?

By: Chris Anderson

The Hope of Evangelism
By Jordan Colella

Walking into Arizona Community Church on an October evening, I had high expectations for the Endurance Ministry Institute that was to take place that night and most of the next day. Ever since my weeklong outing during summer break at Hume Lake Christian Camps with Cornerstone church, I have had a stronger desire to tell people about Christ. Having just discovered FCA Endurance, I knew in my heart that the EMI was an answer to my prayer.

Event Opportunities!

While the next season may seem like long time from now (especially when you live up north), I know a number of you will be drawing up your race calendar for 2010 in the coming weeks.  Before you commit though, I wanted to focus your attention on a number of great opportunities we have through event partnerships...   more

Stay in the Loop - Join the Yahoo Group

Thanks to an increased intentionality and some wonderful volunteer help, this group is continuing to become the place to get great news, both about FCA Endurance and spiritual and physical growth and training as well.  This is also the place to view the Team calendar, released Team database, and other resources.  For more information, click here.

Also, I remind you, that for those with an overloaded email inbox, you can select to receive a “Daily Digest” from this group versus each email post.  This way you get one email per day giving the reader’s digest version of the posts.  You can follow-up from there if you wish.

If you're not familiar with the group or how to use it efficiently, please contact us, and we'll try to help you!

Yahoo Calendar:
Looking to connect at an event?  Please load your races and contact info on our Yahoo Group Calendar.  This will allow Teammates to see who is racing where and help you all connect before and at events.  The calendar will also be used by the Prayer Team as a list of events and athletes to pray over.

Help Wanted:

Do you like to write?  Our Communications Team is looking for volunteers who like to write to help us celebrate what the Lord is doing through through FCA Endurance.  Contact us to get plugged in!

FCA field staff (including all FCA Endurance staff) are actually domestic missionaries, responsible for “raising” their own ministry support?  Has the Lord put it on your heart to support this ministry?  If so, we invite you to prayerfully
consider a gift.

Other Huddle Blips

Charlotte - Always going above and beyond when it comes to serving, huddle leaders Nick White and Ryan Werner are looking to have a large partnership with SetUp Events. Their presence and service in the past has gained huge praise and gratitude from race directors. Love their servant heart!
(Teammates Volunteering at the Thunder Road Marathon in Early December)

Florida- Exciting things are coming together for the huddles in this state. The dates are set for the the next EMI conference for April 9th - 11th. Also, huddle leader Don Patton is putting together an inline skating team to represent FCA Endurance for the 24hr Montreal Inline event.

Savannah - Active and growing like crazy, God is working through the Savannah huddle. Mark your calendars for the next EMI taking place March 26 - 28th. Huddle leader Steve White has put together a beautiful spreadsheet for everyone in the huddle with every event remotely close that they're seeking to have a presence. It's so organized it would make an accountant proud.

South Metro Atlanta -  Recently had their first meeting of 2010 led by Mike Roby. He said it was one of the best they've ever had with 30 people in attendance with time left for food and fellowship. This huddle along with the North Atlanta and Savannah are going to be a huge influence for FCA-E in the state of Georgia.
